Ingredients:
- 200g pasta
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 100g Gouda cheese, grated
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 2 tomatoes, diced

Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a pan, toast the sesame seeds over medium heat until fragrant. Remove from pan and set aside.
3. In the same pan, add the chopped spinach and cook until wilted.
4. Add the diced tomatoes and cook until they start to soften.
5. Stir in the tahini and pepper, mixing well to combine.
6. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and toss to coat in the tahini tomato sauce.
7. Sprinkle the grated Gouda cheese over the pasta and mix until the cheese is melted and the pasta is well coated.
8. Serve the Spinach and Gouda Pasta with a sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds on top.
