Instructions:
1. In a food processor, combine the spinach, cilantro, cashews, salt, and olive oil. Blend until you have a smooth pesto consistency. Set aside.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the semolina wheat flour and a pinch of salt. Gradually add water and knead the dough until it is smooth and elastic.
