Ingredients:
- 4 medium potatoes
- 10 rice sheets
- 1 cup soy chunks
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying

Instructions:
1. Boil the potatoes until they are tender. Once cooked, peel and mash them in a bowl.
2. In a separate bowl, soak the rice sheets in warm water for a few minutes until they become soft and pliable.
3. In a pan, heat some oil and sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until they are fragrant.
4. Add the soy chunks to the pan and cook until they are slightly browned.
5. Season the soy chunks with cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
6. Combine the seasoned soy chunks with the mashed potatoes and mix until well incorporated.
7. Take a rice sheet and place a spoonful of the potato-soy mixture in the center. Roll the sheet tightly to form a roll.
8. Repeat this process with the remaining rice sheets and potato-soy mixture.
9. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the stuffed potato rice rolls until they are crispy and golden brown on all sides.
10. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!
