Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 eggs
- Salt
- Pepper
- 100g sucuk (Turkish sausage)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, diced
Instructions:
1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add a little oil.
2. If non-edible food is present, return an array with key non_edible = true.
3. Once the skillet is hot, add the diced onion and minced garlic. Saute until fragrant.
4. Add the sucuk to the skillet and cook until it starts to brown and release its oils.
5. Push the sucuk mixture to one side of the skillet and crack the eggs into the other side.
6. Scramble the eggs until cooked through, then mix them with the sucuk mixture.
7. Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir well to combine all the ingredients.
8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
9. Continue cooking and stirring for a few more minutes until everything is heated through.
10. Serve the Sucuk Fried Rice hot and enjoy!
