- 1 cup semolina
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1/4 cup tahini

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a cake pan.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the semolina, sugar, melted butter, and water. Mix well until smooth.
3. Fold in the chopped pecans and yogurt until well combined.
4. Pour the batter into the greased cake pan and spread it evenly.
5. Drizzle the tahini on top of the batter and use a toothpick to create a swirl pattern.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the cake is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
