Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 1 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup sliced white mushrooms
- 1 white onion, diced
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 4 slices of bread, cubed
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- Hot sauce, to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a baking dish.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, teriyaki sauce, cooked rice, sliced mushrooms, and diced white onion.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, heavy cream, peanut butter, and eggs until well combined.
4. Pour the milk mixture over the chicken and rice mixture, and stir to combine.
5. Add the cubed bread to the mixture and mix well.
6. Transfer the mixture to the greased baking dish and sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
7. Drizzle hot sauce over the cheese, according to your preference.
8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
