Ingredients:
- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 cup cooked white rice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup diced carrots
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish

Instructions:
1. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce and teriyaki sauce. Marinate the salmon fillets in the sauce for at least 30 minutes.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
3. Add the diced carrots and frozen peas to the pan. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
4. Add the cooked white rice to the pan. Stir in the sesame oil and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the rice is heated through.
5. In a separate pan, heat a little vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Place the marinated salmon fillets in the pan and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your liking.
6. Serve the teriyaki salmon over the fried rice. Garnish with chopped green onions.
