- 1 medium eggplant, diced
- 1 cup green beans, trimmed and cut into bite-sized pieces

- 1 small red chili, sliced (optional)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Step by Step Guide:
1. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add minced garlic and sliced red chili (if using) and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Add diced eggplant and green beans to the wok and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until they start to soften.
4. Add diced tomatoes to the wok and continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
