Ingredients:
- 1 cup of rice
- 1 block of tofu, cubed
- 1 cup of green beans, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: red pepper flakes for added heat

Instructions:
1. Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
2. In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
3. Add the cubed tofu to the skillet and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
4. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for another minute until fragrant.
5. Add the green beans to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
6. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce and sesame oil. Pour the sauce over the tofu and green beans in the skillet.
7. Stir everything together and let it cook for another 2-3 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
