2. Dice the tomatoes into small pieces and add them to the pan. Cook until they start to soften.
3. In a bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper.
4. Push the tomatoes to one side of the pan and pour the beaten eggs into the empty side.
5. Let the eggs cook for a minute or two, then gently scramble them until they are fully cooked.
6. Mix the scrambled eggs with the tomatoes in the pan and stir well to combine.
7. Season with more salt and pepper if needed.
