Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tomato, diced
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 onion, finely chopped
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt until well combined.
2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the chopped onion. Saute until translucent.
3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for another minute until fragrant.
4. Add the diced tomato to the skillet and cook for a few minutes until slightly softened.
5. Pour the beaten eggs over the tomato mixture in the skillet.
6. Cook the omelette, gently lifting the edges with a spatula and tilting the skillet to let the uncooked eggs flow underneath.
7. Once the eggs are set, fold the omelette in half and slide it onto a plate.
