Recipe Name: Tomato and Potato Hash

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 2 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 2 eggs

Instructions:
1. In a frying pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
2. Add the diced potatoes to the pan and cook until they start to brown, about 5-7 minutes.
3. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
4. Add the tomato paste and dried dill to the pan, stirring to coat the potatoes evenly.
5. Create two wells in the potato mixture and crack an egg into each well.
6. Cover the pan and cook until the eggs are cooked to your liking, about 3-5 minutes for a runny yolk.
7. Serve the tomato and potato hash hot, garnished with additional dill if desired. Enjoy!
