Ingredients:
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 2 large tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 oz pasta of your choice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Grated Parmesan cheese for garnish

Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
3. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
4. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until they are golden brown.
5. Stir in the diced tomatoes, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until the tomatoes are softened.
6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss everything together until well combined.
7. Serve the tomato mushroom pasta hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese.
