Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 can of tuna, drained
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon unagi sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions:
1. In a large skillet or wok, heat some oil over medium heat.
2. Add the diced carrot and chopped onion to the skillet and sauté until they start to soften.
3. Add the drained tuna to the skillet and cook for a few minutes until heated through.
4. Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir well to combine with the vegetables and tuna.
5. Pour the soy sauce and unagi sauce over the rice mixture and stir until everything is well coated.
6. Continue to cook for another 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice is heated through.
7. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the fried rice before serving.
