Recipe Name: Tuna Fried Rice

Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 eggs
- 1 can of tuna, drained
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- Salt to taste
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil

Instructions:
1. In a large skillet, heat the cooking oil over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Saute until fragrant and translucent.
3. Crack the eggs into the skillet and scramble them until they are fully cooked.
4. Add the diced bell pepper and drained tuna to the skillet. Stir well to combine.
5. Add the cooked rice to the skillet and mix everything together.
6. Season with salt to taste and continue to cook for another 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
7. Once everything is heated through and well combined, remove from heat.
8. Serve the Tuna Fried Rice hot and enjoy!
