Recipe Name: Tuna Fried Rice

Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 eggs
- 1 can of tuna, drained
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- Salt to taste
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil

Instructions:
1. Heat the cooking oil in a large pan over medium heat.
2. Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the pan and sauté until fragrant.
3. Crack the eggs into the pan and scramble until cooked through.
4. Add the diced bell pepper and drained tuna to the pan, stirring to combine with the eggs.
5. Add the cooked rice to the pan and stir well to mix all the ingredients together.
6. Season the fried rice with salt to taste and continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes.
7. Remove the pan from heat and serve the Tuna Fried Rice hot.
