Ingredients:
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup of cheese, shredded
- 1 can of tuna, drained
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- 1 pear, sliced
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
- 8 oz of pasta
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
3. In a large skillet, sauté the diced onion and minced garlic until fragrant and translucent.
4. Add the drained tuna, diced tomatoes, salt, sugar, and pepper to the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and mix well to combine all ingredients.
6. Transfer the pasta mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
7. Arrange the sliced pear on top of the cheese.
8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
9. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
