Recipe Name: Tuna Stuffed Tomatoes

Ingredients:
- 2 cans of tuna fish
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup of shredded cheese
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 4 large tomatoes
- Salt, to taste
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Cut the tops off the tomatoes and scoop out the seeds and flesh to create a hollow cavity. Set aside.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine the tuna fish, eggs, shredded cheese, chopped onion, diced bell pepper, minced garlic, and salt. Mix well to combine.
4. Stuff each hollowed-out tomato with the tuna mixture, filling them to the top.
5. Place the stuffed tomatoes on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the tomatoes are cooked through.
6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
