Ingredients:
- 1 lb turkey breast, sliced into thin strips
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking oil

Step by Step Guide:
1. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Set aside.
2. Heat some cooking oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
3. Add the sliced turkey strips and stir-fry until cooked through, about 5-6 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, add a little more oil if needed and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
5. Add the sliced onion, mushrooms, and red bell pepper. Stir-fry for about 5-6 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
6. Return the cooked turkey to the skillet and pour the sauce mixture over the ingredients.
7. Stir well to coat everything evenly and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
9. Serve the turkey and mushroom stir-fry hot over steamed rice or noodles.
