Ingredients:
- 1 lb turkey breast, sliced
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 1 sweet pepper, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice for serving

Instructions:
1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the sliced turkey breast and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
3. Add the minced garlic and sliced onion to the skillet, and cook until fragrant.
4. Add the sliced bell peppers and sweet pepper to the skillet, and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
5. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce and oyster sauce. Pour the sauce over the turkey and peppers in the skillet.
6. Stir well to combine all the ingredients and let it simmer for a few minutes.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
8. Serve the turkey and pepper stir-fry over cooked rice.
