Ingredients:
- 2 cups of cooked rice
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup of sliced mushrooms
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1/2 cup of peas
- 1/2 cup of vegetable broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
2. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
3. Add the sliced mushrooms, diced carrot, and peas to the pan, and cook until the vegetables are tender.
