Ingredients:
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 cup cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup beans, chopped
- 1-inch piece of ginger, minced
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- Spices (such as salt, pepper, cumin, paprika)

Instructions:
1. Heat some oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the minced ginger and garlic, and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Add the sliced onion and cook until translucent.
4. Add the sliced carrot, green bell pepper, diced tomato, shredded cabbage, and chopped beans to the skillet.
5. Season with salt, pepper, cumin, and paprika to taste.
6. Stir-fry the vegetables for about 5-7 minutes or until they are cooked but still crisp.
7. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
8. Serve the vegetable stir-fry hot as a side dish or over rice for a complete meal.
