Nasi Goreng Recipe

Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked white rice (Nasi putih)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sliced green onions for garnish

Instructions:
1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add minced garlic and diced onion, sauté until fragrant.
3. Add diced carrot and bell pepper, cook until slightly softened.
4. Push the vegetables to one side of the pan and crack the eggs into the empty space. Scramble the eggs until cooked.
5. Add the cooked chicken to the pan and stir to combine with the vegetables and eggs.
6. Add the cooked white rice to the pan, breaking up any clumps with a spatula.
7. Pour soy sauce and oyster sauce over the rice, stir well to combine all ingredients.
8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
9. Continue to cook, stirring occasionally, until the rice is heated through and slightly crispy.
10. Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
