Make No-Bake Yoghurt and Cream Cheese Cheesecake

No-Bake Yoghurt and Cream Cheese Cheesecake

Ingredients:

- 2 cups of yoghurt
- 8 ounces of cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 2 cups of crushed biscuits
- 2 tablespoons of melted butter

Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, combine the yoghurt, cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth.

2. In a separate bowl, combine the crushed biscuits and melted butter. Mix until the biscuits are evenly coated.

3. Grease a 9-inch springform pan with butter.

4. Pour the yoghurt and cream cheese mixture into the pan. Spread evenly.

5. Sprinkle the biscuit mixture over the top of the yoghurt and cream cheese mixture.

6. Cover the pan with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or until firm.

7. Serve chilled. Enjoy!
