Asian Noodle Stir Fry
Ingredients:
-2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
-1 package of Asian-style noodles
-1 red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
-1 green bell pepper, cut into thin strips
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-2 tablespoons vegetable oil
-2 tablespoons soy sauce
-1 teaspoon sesame oil
-1 teaspoon sugar
-Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the noodles and cook according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken strips and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the bell peppers, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and sugar to the skillet. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
4. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
5. Serve the stir fry warm. Enjoy!
