Ingredients:
- 1 cup Mehl (flour)
- 1 cup Wasser (water)
- 2 Eier (eggs)
- Nutella
Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the Mehl, Wasser, and Eier. Mix well until you have a smooth pancake batter.
2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with oil or butter.
3. Pour a ladleful of the pancake batter onto the pan and spread it out into a round shape.
4. Cook the pancake for 2-3 minutes on one side until bubbles form on the surface.
5. Flip the pancake and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
6. Remove the pancake from the pan and spread a generous amount of Nutella on top.
7. Roll up the pancake or fold it in half to enclose the Nutella filling.
8. Repeat with the remaining batter to make more Nutella pancakes.
