Nutella Walnut Yeast Bread
Ingredients:
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1/2 cup Nutella
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 eggs
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, warm water, and eggs.
3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
4. Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes, until it is smooth and elastic.
5. Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let rise for 1 hour.
6. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
7. Punch down the dough and roll it out onto a lightly floured surface.
8. Spread the Nutella over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
9. Sprinkle the walnuts over the Nutella.
10. Roll up the dough and place it into a greased 9x5-inch loaf pan.
11. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown.
12. Let cool before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
