Rum and Pork Glazed Baked Buns

Ingredients:

-1/2 cup butter
-1/2 cup lard
-1/4 cup rum
-1/2 cup sugar
-1/4 cup golden syrup
-1/2 lb minced pork
-1 teaspoon cinnamon
-1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and lard until light and fluffy.

3. Add the rum, sugar, and golden syrup, and mix until fully combined.

4. Add the minced pork, cinnamon, and nutmeg, and mix until fully combined.

5. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray.

6. Spread the pork mixture into the baking dish and spread evenly.

7. Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through.

8. Serve warm with your favorite sides. Enjoy!
