Make Nutty Granola Bars

Recipe Name: Nutty Granola Bars

Ingredients:
- 1 cup mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans)
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 cup dried fruits (raisins, cranberries, apricots)
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mixed nuts, rolled oats, and cinnamon. Mix well.
3. In a small saucepan, heat the honey, coconut oil, and salt over low heat until melted and well combined.
4. Pour the honey mixture over the nut and oat mixture, and stir until everything is evenly coated.
5. Fold in the dried fruits and chocolate chips.
6. Press the mixture into the prepared baking dish, making sure to pack it tightly.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
8. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before cutting into bars.
