Make Nutty Granola Bars

Recipe Name: Nutty Granola Bars

Ingredients:
- 1 cup mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans)
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 cup dried fruits (raisins, cranberries, apricots)
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, mix together the mixed nuts, rolled oats, and cinnamon.
3. In a small saucepan, heat the honey and coconut oil over low heat until melted and well combined.
4. Pour the honey mixture over the nut and oat mixture, and stir until everything is evenly coated.
5. Fold in the dried fruits, chocolate chips, and a pinch of salt.
6. Press the mixture into the prepared baking dish, making sure it is evenly spread and compacted.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
8. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before cutting into bars.
9. Store the nutty granola bars in an airtight container for up to a week.
