Recipe Name: Nutty Spinach and Bell Pepper Stir-Fry

Ingredients:
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1/4 cup nuts (almonds or cashews)
- 1 apple, diced
- 1/2 lb beef, thinly sliced
- 1/2 lb chicken, thinly sliced
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Salt to taste
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 can tuna, drained
- 1 can salmon, drained

Instructions:
1. Heat some oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the sliced onion and cook until translucent.
3. Add the beef and chicken slices, and cook until browned.
4. Push the meat to one side of the skillet and add the beaten eggs to the other side. Scramble the eggs until cooked through.
5. Add the bell pepper, carrot, and apple to the skillet. Cook for a few minutes until slightly softened.
6. Stir in the chopped spinach and nuts. Cook until the spinach wilts.
7. Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir well to combine.
8. Add the drained tuna and salmon to the skillet. Mix everything together.
9. Season with salt to taste.
10. Serve the stir-fry over cooked rice.
