o Tofu, Rice, and Green Onions
Mapo Tofu Rice Bowl
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 1 package mapo tofu
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce
Instructions:
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
3. Add the mapo tofu and cook until heated through, about 5 minutes.
4. Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, and chili garlic sauce and stir to combine.
5. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
6. Divide the cooked rice among four bowls.
7. Top each bowl with the mapo tofu and green onions.
8. Serve warm. Enjoy!
