Octopus and Avocado Pasta

Ingredients:

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 pound octopus, cut into small pieces
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup batata, diced
- 1/2 cup salad, chopped
- 2 tablespoons anchovies, chopped
- 2 tablespoons sundried tomatoes, chopped
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese
- 1/2 cup hard cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup mocarela, grated
- 1/4 cup parmesan, grated
- 8 ounces rice noodles
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 pound zander, cut into small pieces

Instructions:

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

2. Add the octopus, salt, and pepper and cook for another 5 minutes.

3. Add the cherry tomatoes, batata, salad, anchovies, and sundried tomatoes and cook for another 5 minutes.

4. Add the cream cheese, hard cheese, mocarela, and parmesan and stir until melted.

5. Meanwhile, cook the rice noodles according to package instructions.

6. In a separate pan, melt the butter and add the milk and flour. Cook until thickened, about 5 minutes.

7. Add the zander and cook for another 5 minutes.

8. Add the cooked noodles and sauce to the octopus mixture and stir to combine.

9. Serve with a drizzle of olive oil and a splash of vinegar. Enjoy!
