Creamy Chicken and Bacon Rice
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a medium bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cooked bacon, and cream of mushroom soup.
3. Spread the cooked rice in the bottom of an 8x8 baking dish.
4. Pour the chicken and bacon mixture over the rice.
5. Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken and bacon mixture is bubbling and the rice is cooked through.
6. Serve and enjoy!
