Truffle Pecorino Pasta


-1/2 pound of pasta of your choice
-1/2 cup of pasta sauce
-1/4 cup of grated pecorino cheese
-1 tablespoon of truffle oil


1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

2. Add the pasta to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions.

3. Drain the pasta and return it to the pot.

4. Add the pasta sauce and stir to combine.

5. Add the pecorino cheese and truffle oil and stir to combine.

6. Serve the pasta hot with additional pecorino cheese, if desired. Enjoy!
