Olive and Bean Baked Cracker Casserole
Ingredients:
- 2 cups crushed crackers
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sliced olives
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes, drained
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a large bowl, combine the crushed crackers, flour, olives, beans, and diced tomatoes.
3. Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
4. Pour the tomato sauce over the top of the mixture and spread evenly.
5. Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
6. Serve warm. Enjoy!
