Roasted Potatoes with Onions and Garlic

Ingredients:

- 2 large potatoes, peeled and diced into 1-inch cubes
- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

2. In a large bowl, combine potatoes, onion, garlic, paprika, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine.

3. Spread mixture onto a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender and golden brown.

4. Serve warm. Enjoy!
