Garlic Tomato Pasta
Ingredients:
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 large tomato, diced
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1/2 cup of shredded cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/2 pound of pasta
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Instructions:
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
2. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions.
3. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
4. Add the garlic and onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
5. Add the tomato and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
6. Add the salt, pepper, and cheese and stir to combine.
7. Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet.
8. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
9. Serve hot.
