Garlic and Onion Pasta

Ingredients:

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 8 ounces pasta of your choice
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the onion and garlic and cook, stirring occasionally, until the onion is softened and lightly browned, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the eggs and cook, stirring constantly, until the eggs are scrambled and cooked through, about 2 minutes.

4. Add the pasta and cook, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is al dente, about 8 minutes.

5. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.

6. Serve hot. Enjoy!
