Chicken and Cheese Omelette
Ingredients:
- 2 large chicken breasts, diced
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 tomato, diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the diced chicken and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Add the garlic and tomato and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, cheese, pepper, and salt.
5. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6. Flip the omelette and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
7. Serve the omelette warm. Enjoy!
