Garlic Chicken Pasta
Ingredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 ounces of your favorite pasta
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until cooked through.
3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
4. Add the garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute, stirring frequently.
5. Add the eggs and pepper to the skillet and cook until the eggs are scrambled, about 2 minutes.
6. Add the cooked chicken back to the skillet and stir to combine.
7. Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
8. Once the pasta is cooked, add it to the skillet with the chicken and egg mixture.
9. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
10. Serve the garlic chicken pasta warm. Enjoy!
