Garlic Parmesan Pasta

Ingredients:

- 8 ounces of uncooked pasta
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

2. Add the pasta to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions.

3. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

4. Add the garlic and onion to the skillet and cook until the onion is softened, about 5 minutes.

5. Add the pepper and salt and stir to combine.

6. When the pasta is done cooking, drain it and add it to the skillet.

7. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and cook until the cheese is melted and the pasta is heated through.

8. Serve the pasta warm. Enjoy!
