Chicken and Tomato Pasta

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pound chicken, cut into cubes
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 8 ounces pasta

Instructions:

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

2. Add the onion and garlic and cook until the onion is softened, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the chicken and pepper and cook until the chicken is cooked through, about 10 minutes.

4. Add the tomatoes and cook for another 5 minutes.

5. Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package instructions.

6. Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet with the chicken and tomato mixture.

7. Stir to combine and cook for another 5 minutes.

8. Serve hot. Enjoy!
