Bacon and Burrata Toast

Ingredients:

- 4 slices of bacon
- 4 slices of toast
- 1 ball of burrata
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add bacon. Cook until bacon is crispy, about 8 minutes. Remove bacon from skillet and set aside.

3. Place toast slices on a baking sheet and bake in preheated oven for 8 minutes.

4. Meanwhile, in the same skillet used to cook the bacon, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and garlic and cook until onion is softened, about 5 minutes.

5. Add cherry tomatoes and cook for an additional 3 minutes.

6. Remove toast from oven and top each slice with bacon, onion and tomato mixture, and shredded cheese.

7. Place baking sheet back in oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

8. Remove from oven and top each toast with a slice of burrata.

9. Serve immediately and enjoy!
