Parmesan Crusted Salmon with Spaghetti

Ingredients:

-1 salmon fillet
-1/2 cup cooked rice
-1/4 cup diced celery
-1/4 cup diced onion
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
-1/2 cup cooked spaghetti
-2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. Place salmon fillet in a baking dish.

3. In a small bowl, combine celery, onion, garlic, Parmesan cheese, and olive oil. Mix until well combined.

4. Spread the Parmesan cheese mixture over the top of the salmon fillet.

5. Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.

6. Meanwhile, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add cooked rice, celery, onion, garlic, and spaghetti. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

7. Serve the Parmesan crusted salmon with the spaghetti and rice. Enjoy!
