Olive Oil Cake
Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup olive oil
- 4 eggs
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9-inch round cake pan with butter or non-stick cooking spray.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour and sugar.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil and eggs until combined.
4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
6. Allow the cake to cool for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
