Roasted Chou Romanesco
Ingredients:
-1 head of chou romanesco
-2 tablespoons of olive oil
-2 cloves of garlic, minced
-Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Cut the chou romanesco into florets and place them in a baking dish.
3. Drizzle the olive oil over the florets and sprinkle with the minced garlic.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the florets are tender and lightly browned.
6. Serve warm. Enjoy!
