Make One-Pot Chicken and Rice
One-Pot Chicken and Rice
Ingredients:
-1 onion, diced
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-1 lb. chicken, cut into cubes
-1/2 teaspoon pepper
-1 teaspoon salt
-1 cup uncooked rice
-1 can diced tomatoes
Instructions:
1. Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. Add the chicken and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Add the pepper, salt, rice, and tomatoes and stir to combine.
4. Add 2 cups of water and bring to a boil.
5. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes or until the rice is cooked through.
6. Serve and enjoy!
