Ingredients:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced

- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil

Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
2. Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet with the chicken. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the onion is translucent.
