Paneer Rice Pilaf

Ingredients:

- 2 cups cooked white rice

- 1/2 cup cubed paneer
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

2. Add the cumin seeds and onion and cook until the onion is softened and lightly browned, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the garam masala, coriander, and turmeric and cook for 1 minute.

4. Add the cubed paneer and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.

5. Add the cooked rice and stir to combine.

6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

7. Serve hot.
